To the city and the world Frescoes of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and dynamic bends of the People's Friendship Arch, a stucco ornament of the Actor's House and geometric tiles of the Artist's House — elements of iconic architectural objects of Kyiv can be noticed in the design of the wallpaper collection The O Wallpaper, created together with ELLE Decoration Ukraine. Subtle sense of beauty and artistic work with textures and silhouettes allowed the designer of the brand Yevheniy Litvinenko to recreate a special flair of these places, which will not overload the atmosphere of your own home. The environment affects us, our choices, our outlook and our lives. I had been dreaming since my school years to live in Kyiv.
This city was some symbol of beauty and inspiration for me, its ancient architecture is intertwined with modernism and constructivism, it's all inspiring !!! The idea of the collection consists of collages of the Kyiv architecture, augmented by the reality of vintage photos and geometry. Collages and textures of old walls, paintings, mosaics, frescoes and plaster, and the upper layers of AR with drawings of flora and fauna, fragments of photos of women and men with the addition of geometric ornaments. In addition, all prints use a new technology of augmented reality (simple geometric compositions and collages of photos in the style of the Bauhaus era) . All the plots and compositions are connected with the places that surround us and where we have experienced the best moments of our life...
